Moving home - Sky only proposes a higher price

I am moving home very soon.

As broadband, I currently have Sky Broadband Superfast + boost for £35.50/month.

When I start the moving process on Sky website, I am only proposed the same Sky Broadband Superfast with no boost for £40.50/month.

Why should I pay £5/month more, with no boost, because I am moving home?

@Loungalino

Are you try to book a home move as per this:

https://www.sky.com/moving-home

Or are you trying to sign up as a new customer at your new address ?

Hi caesarome,

I obviously tried it via my account with the "moving home" button, not as a new customer.

In that case @Loungalino all you can do is to call them.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
