Can’t get acess to my bill

I've tried to view my bill over the sky app, but it's saying the page is restricted haven't got a clue what's going on, I'd like to see my bill so I can make the payment.

As an FYI you shouldn't be paying your bills manually, you should have a continuous payment method setup on your account as per the T&Cs on most of Sky's contracts.

To get you some help with the restricted issue I have  escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi,

Jumping on this thread,im in the same boat as i cant access my bills

I added an extra onto my tv package yesterday & the extra channels work instantly on our tv/mini box's

Now though i cant access my tv/braodband bills to check for future payments, can log in ok but everytime i click onto the tv bill its has a circule spinning in the center on the screen & keeps sending me back to log in

On sky.com & on the my sky app does the same thing

Have access for sky mobile bills ok though, just not the tv/broadband side of things,

Any ideas please??

Hi, I need access to download my invoices so that I can reconcile my bank account. It is not letting me access, it says 'Page is Restricted'.
