Can I get a refund for a double paid bill?

I paid my bill early this month by manual payment, and it seems my bill was automatically taken last night from my bank account again. Is there a way to get this refunded as this was money needed for something else?

From reading the forum I now realise that you shouldn't do a manual payment unless requested just hoping someone knows how I could get a refund if at all I could.  For future I know not to make a manual payment as the DD will automatically go through anyway.

it's showing as credit in my sky account.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
