Broadband cancellation

Hi good afternoon, i decided to finish my contract with sky today due to the broadband it didn't arrived and lack of comunication about update in my orders. Today i spoke twice with an agent to cancel all my subscription with sky including the broadband and ask him to send me an email about my cancellation and i didn't receive. Please send me an email with all the document about my cancellation from all the services with sky. I check in my sky, and now it not issue with my broadband and engineer visit and looks like im still in the contract with sky (Please cancel the visit as well) it not requiered anymore.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.

 

If you've cancelled your Broadband order and also cancelled a TV subscription you should receive an email confirming cancellation but it's not necessarily immediate.

If you've cancelled your Broadband order and also cancelled a TV subscription you should receive an email confirming cancellation but it's not necessarily immediate.
