Billing error - Formal COMPLAINT

I was billed £48.32 on 01st feb and £49.25 on 01st March. I did not authorise these charges & no notice was given of the large increases. I respectfully ask you credit my bank account to the sum of £28.32 for February and £29.25 for march. Regards

You are not talking to Sky support here as this is a community where customers help each other.

 

An increase like that is probably due to a discount coming to an end, when it was added you would have been told how long it lasts for which is usually 18 months. So now it the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a new discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.

@Karl15 You would have had notification when you bills where produced which is 14 days before payment is taken, it's not Sky's fault if you don't view your bills.

@Karl15  If you want to raise a formal complaint then you need to follow proper channels
