Serial Killer’s wife missing episode

Hi, I am a sky cinema customer so have full access to Paramount +. I am currently watching The Serial Killer's Wife via my Sky TV. I can only see episodes 1,2 and 3 which I have watched but episode 4, the final episode, is missing. Does anyone know why this is or how I can get episode 4?

You don't say if you are a Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream customer but have you gone to Paramount+ > Catchup > All Shows ?

Hi, thank you for your help! Sky Q customer. I found it today. I'm not sure what changed as I followed the same path as yesterday: sky Cinema - Paramount Plus - All Shows - The Serial Killer's Wife. Today there were 4 episodes available so all fixed. Thank you for your help @caesarome

Episode 4 is missing and when a search the show on sky, nothing comes up.

@SEJordan  the show has failed victim to paramount plus global decision to axe certain shows in a cost cutting exercise

I noticed that , Quantum leap only stopped working via Paramount+ section on Sky Q on Monday I  think.
