Now tv through sky

I get a subscription taken out of my bank each month but can't find the Now TV app on my sky menu. I am being charged for something I can't access - Why ??

Now TV is a completely separate service to Sky, it offers a way to watch Sky channels and on-demand content on a month by month basis. It's  not available on your Sky box as there would be no point in that what with. Typically people would subscribe to either Sky TV or NOW TV not both.

@AggieBird  As per @MarkGoldsmith  Now TV is a seperate TV subscription servioce that you have to sign up to and would notn be billed through Sky, unless you mean Now Broadband through Sky?  Who is your broadband provider?
