On my products it states I have paramount+ (with ads) but when I launch paramount, it's asking me to sign in, and when I do it says I need to pay.
this has been like for as long as I can remember.

You need to activate it.

Yes I've done this step 9 times now 'you've already linked your sky account' is what I get

@Jamboooob Are you trying the steps on P+ via your Sky box? Do you have the P+ app available to you on your TV, as in separate from Sky? If so, can you try to do the steps on the P+ app instead & see what happens? I've had Sky Cinema recently with P+, but I never use my Sky Q box to watch other platforms, I always use the apps on my TV, so I would have used the TV app to sign in to P+ when I got Sky Cinema.
