No satellite signal for 12 hours, trouble shooting/rebooting no joy.

No satellite signal. For 12 hours.  No weather/damage issues,  trouble shooting and reboot fail to restore.

20+ year VIP member.  What is my next step please?

Call Sky to book an engineer who will be able to pinpoint the source of the problem. (If you're connected to a communal dish, call your building management team, not Sky).

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially being a SKY VIP member
