I'm assuming you're referring to Married at First Sight UK and not the Australian or New Zealand series.
The Channel 4 app has recently launched on Sky Q and is also available on Sky Glass/Stream. I checked and Series 8, episodes 1 - 36 are available on the app.
On Sky Q, you can access it by pressing and holding the microphone icon/blue button on your remote and saying "Channel 4 app" or
- Press Home
- Scroll down to Apps
- Press right to Channel 4
- Press Select.
On Sky Glass/Stream, you can say "Hello Sky", and then say "Channel 4 app" or
- Press Home
- Scroll down to Apps & Inputs
- Press Select
- Use arrows to find Channel 4
- Press Select
