Sky Call Centre

I am finding it increasingly difficlut to understand or even speak to the agents in the Call Centre. How can I access a UK call centre and speak to a UK based agent given my hidden diabaility.

The worst part is at the end of the call where they badger you to give them a 9 or 10 in the subsequent survey. They claim I'd be rating the operator personally, not Sky itself and that anything lower than 9 could affect his job. I tell them that I'm rating the call to Sky. I didn't call the operator personally.

 

I told one that the more he asks for a 9 or 10, the lower the rating I'd actually give him.  He gave up when I got down to 6. The survey never arrived. I suspect if you tell them you are going to rate them poorly, they have an option to not send you the survey,.
