Are there any plans in place to offer a mute button for the co-commentary when Andy Hinchcliffe is broadcasting? I want to listen to the crowd sound, and I don't mind the commentator, but the incessant nonsense put forward to the viewers is driving me insane. He massively reduces the enjoyment of the game. He is massively devaluing YOUR flagship service. It might seem petty, but I know I'm far from alone from many different clubs who have to suffer during what should be an entertaining event on TV.

I wouldn't have thought so.

Re: Andy Hinchcliffe, Sky Sports.
Totally agree. I cannot stand him co commentating any of the Leeds games. I sigh a huge sense of relief when it's Don Goodman covering the game. I hate the fact he talks with such superiority about a players mistakes as if he thinks he was Lionel Messi or Diego Maradona. He had a sweet left foot back in his day, but he was by no means anything special. Sky, please do us a favour and hang up his microphone.

Re: Andy Hinchcliffe, Sky Sports.
I couldnt agree more about Andy Hinchcliffe's co-commentary on Sky matches. 9 out of 10 of his comments are about what players have done wrong and I cannot believe that the production team at Sky Sports have not identified this. Andy's games have become unwatchable as a result.
I'm sure Andy is a good bloke but he has to be shown what he is doing so he can put it right. A message to him and Sky Sports production team,......watch two games back in full and count the negative comments which enormously outweigh anything else.
In the meantime I will not watch a game with him working. Sort it Sky!!

I agree, he just seems to want to talk for the sake of it, and ruins the game, he's just as bad as Jamie Carragher, come on Sky, we all pay good money for the football and these 2 are absolutely ruining it.

Re: Andy Hinchcliffe, Sky Sports.
Andy Hinchcliffe is abhorent with his constant dissection of every single thing. He obviously believes he is a guru, his incessant chatter and unending critique of every move or mistake makes me want to switch off. I have to just mute the TV and watch in silence, I wish I could mute his constant gibbering.

Re: Andy Hinchcliffe, Sky Sports.
- Completely agree. He is completely negative all the time. He obviously has biases which come across massively during games. He ruins my enjoyment of the game 100% and like other viewers, I would like the opportunity to turn him off. It is a real shame but he doesx not add any value to the commentary, and like others, I would like to mute him constantly.m

Re: Andy Hinchcliffe, Sky Sports.
I too hate his co-commentary. I'm watching Leeds v Stoke now in silence because of incessant, inane and gushing commentary. He talks more than the commentator!
A collective shout of, well, I can't say on here, but let's say collective dismay goes up in the pub when he's on. For goodness sake Sky Sports managers his is not the standard that we expect.
Don't renew his contract. There are many, many fans feel as I do. He's worse than Andy Townsend and that's saying something by God.
