Problems watching disney on sky tv

Is anyone else having problems when watching disney plus on sky tv when watching a program the screen goes blank and you have to log out and go back in happens several times when watching any program very annoying

Yes it happens every few mins on my app. Ive noticed it only started happening since I changed over to the ad subscription a few months ago. I have to press the home button to take me back to Sky then re-open the app to continue. Can no longer watch a programme all the way through.

I'm experiencing the same problems with Disney buffering or freezing.

Hi

I spoke to a Sky operative and they talked me through updating my apps. Ive done it twice now so hopefully won't need a 3rd time but yet to try and watch anything yet.
