I am watching via the app on my Samsung TV qled about 5/6 years old. Any ideas anyone what settings need to change please

What "app" are you referring to?

Thanks for your suggestion. Strange thing - after about 20 minutes the sound was there without changinging anything so it's all good.

Now TV app. But after a delay of 20 minutes, that sound appeared as if by magic. Thanks.
