Sky Go has recently stopped working on my MacBook. When I open the app, it boots up until just before it reaches the home screen, then an error message pops up and the app closes.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, with no luck. The app previously worked fine, this issue came about a few months ago.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs this what you did to completely remove the app ?
Uninstall the app
Launch the Finder, go to the Downloads folder and delete ‘SkyGoInstaller.’
In Finder, go to the Applications folder and delete Sky Go app
Remove Sky Go files
In the Finder select Go to folder ... from the Go menu (or press c).
A dialog box should appear. Now copy and paste the following text into the box and press the return key: ~/Library/Application Support/

Thanks for the advice. I went through all those steps, but the app still crashes when I try installing it.
The error message is: something went wrong the app will now quit.
