Sky sports + on sky go

I have sky go and have followed all the instructions on how to get sky sports + but to no avail, can anyone tell me how I watch sky sports + on sky go?? Please

I've downloaded the sky sports app for mobile devices but still can't get the sky sports +

It gives the instructions to install the desk player, (I've now done that 6 times) when that's done, its says lets watch, but it won't let me watch my rugby league team on the sky sports +, I can watch sky sports + football but not rugby

It just loops me round to normal sky sports, honestly it's driving me nuts!!!!!!!

The latest version of the SKY SPorts app only works on mobile devices such as Phones or Tablets (android or iOS) - it doesn't work on desktops/Laptops

Thought I'd try it on the tablet but it won't let me download said only on ipad or iphone - of which I have neither!!

It should work on Android (although I don't know which version is needed)
