This issue was first raised here 3 months ago and we all know its a firmware issue - i have no issues with my other devices (iphone, macbook and xbox one) - but it hasnt been resolved. Even more annoyingly, the call center have no idea about this issue and i can confidently say, as i sit on hold 1 hr 20 mins into my call with them.... they have no idea how to fix this!

I no longer have Sky Go on my Xbox One as i have now gone on to Sky Stream without Whole Home Subsription.
