- Is this only Xbox Series S? - im using xbos series x
- What is the version number of your Sky Go? - 24.3.2
- Some customers report hearing audio, but some don't, what is your experience? - no audio, black screen with 016919dd error message
- What are the steps taken to reach this page? Is it simply on the app start up? - i can open the app and i can select a show. but i cant watch any live tv (served the error message after ~10 seconds) and if i open an on demand show, i get the ads (of course) and then i get served the error message.
- Has deleting and reinstalling the app worked for you? ive deleted it, ive logged in, ive then removed the xbox from mylist of devices, reinstalled the app, logged in.... no change.
This issue was first raised here 3 months ago and we all know its a firmware issue - i have no issues with my other devices (iphone, macbook and xbox one) - but it hasnt been resolved. Even more annoyingly, the call center have no idea about this issue and i can confidently say, as i sit on hold 1 hr 20 mins into my call with them.... they have no idea how to fix this!

I no longer have Sky Go on my Xbox One as i have now gone on to Sky Stream without Whole Home Subsription.

Hi I'm finding sky go not working on Xbox one. It's working in a laptop and iPhone
any ideas ?

Do you have Whole Home or Multiscreen as you need that to use Sky Go on a games console or Apple TV (basically because these devices connect to TVs).

Hi yes I have multi screen . All was working ok but since cancelling my broadband I've had a few issues

I've had the issue with the Series X ever since I got the console. It works fine for 10 minutes or so, but then the entire console just crashes. I was under the impression it was something to with the the app not being able to run at 120hz. Surely there can be an update from sky for a workaround as no other TV app has this issue

Having the Xbox on 120Hz should not matter if you have "Allow 50Hz" in the General Video Modes setting as Sky Go should use 50Hz
My series X works fine with Sky Go
