Hi. I have forgotten how I set sky go up on my x box. Could someone please remind me how to uninstall and reinstall to see if I can get the screen back please.

I rang Sky last night you have to delete the xbox as a user of sky go from the sky box delete sky go on the xbox then reinstall it and sign back in sky talked me through it and been watching it fine since.

Back with the same issue again 'There is a problem streaming this channel. Please select another channel' no point in that as none of them work!!!!! When it does this it also seems to change the ratio of the TV and never looks too very clear

At home screen press the xbox button on your controller and scroll down to apps and games press A. Then on next screen make sure you have the apps selected scroll to Sky. Press the 3 lines small button on your remote and click uninstall. (You can also do that on home screen if you can see the Sky go app) then press B until your back on home screen. Once back on home page press xbox Button again scroll to the bottom on the shopping icon or microsoft store. When store loads click 'Search' and when the text box comes up put in Sky go. Highlight the app when it comes up and install. If you get stuck reply back and I'll try help you.

Hi @Chloe-W22 . I'm having the same issue as others, although on Xbox Seris X. Version 23.1.5.70 of the app. I can hear audio but can't do anything else. Screen appears as others have posted on this thread. I've tried turning on and off, hard reset and uninstall but nothing has worked.

Same issues as everyone else. I'm on xbox series x. App goes to blue screen can hear audio but no visuals. Tried re installing but can't enter details as app lags increasingly more as each letter of email address is typed into system. Great..

Yeah it's all sorted for me I rang sky they told me to delete the xbox from the sky box ( but I got them to do it their end) and then logged back in on the sky box and it was fine after that working all good so if you ring sky or get to the sky box to forget the xbox as a user you can log back in on the xbox and it works fine.

you need to ring Sky they will sort it for you. You can try deleting the console off the sky box and then signing back in however ring sky and they will sort it for you.

No it's Xbox X aswell. When you delete the app and reinstall the sign in is broken aswell.
