Sky Go App error code 3-22

I have followed instructions to delete app turn wifi off, restart phone and the. Turn WiFi back on and re-install app. Do e that twice and still get same error "sorry this item is no longer available to watch. Error code 3-22"  

My sky go app had been working but has now had this error code. My wife samsung phone works fine on as it does on my iPad. But my Samsung it's not working. This is very frustrating

What about trying this:

 

1. Exit Sky Go

2.Switch off WiFi

3. Turn on Mobile data

4. Start Sky Go

5. Start your channel

5. Switch on Wifi and turn off mobile data.
