People & Sharing not working!
I am a new Sky Stream customer with 2 pucks and whole home. I want to invite a family member so they may watch TV via the Sky Go app but via their own login.
I have gone to my details > people & sharing, sent a member invite to the family member, they created a Sky ID and then opened my invite link and got to the 'lets find your account' page which asks for a postcode. However entering my postcode with or without spaces just results in nothing. Continue button keeps resetting.
Out of curiousity I tried to cancel the invite, but it stays, it doesn't remove it from the page. Additionally if I try to invite a different email address I get "The page you are looking for cannot be found".
What do I do here?

Im trying to do this today, but when my mum accepts invite she gets an error message saying please try later.
Is this broken ?

Hi
The sharing option is too allow others to share the management of your account (for example if you are a carer etc) it's not to allow them a separate access account to your sky go viewing (so I believe !)

Not the way I understand this at all?
I thought they can use Sky Go app and use whatever subscription I have.
hence the name. Family Sharing?

No that's not the case .... you can have up to 6 devices registered on your sky go

I've moved this over to Sky Go section, as it's more a Sky Go problem than Sky Stream.

thanks @lettice Looks like there maybe access .... I've tried to get it to work a long time in the past but didn't think it was possible. Let us know how you get on

I'm a new customer and sent an invite to a family members email address.
They clicked on the invite, created a new account, it asks for a postcode, you typoe one in, but it just comes up with an error.
You can clikc on the account in the top righ corner, but it does not have any access to the account that sent the email, you can't view bills, or product settings, which was the point of setting up the other email as a manager, as the main account holder is my dad whoo is in his 80's.
I wanted to setup an account under my email address with access to his account. I could log in with his details on my own device, but I'd like to do it under my email and sky account if i can.
