Sky go is currently unavailable. Please try again later (1304)

Hi , I keep getting the errror message 'Sky Go is currently unavailable. Please try again later (1304). I have tried all troubleshooting for this (restart, uninstall, allow through firewall). 

 

Other users with an engineer seem to have an engineer contact them- please could I have the same?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team (not an engineer) who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

This is fixed- the issue was my postcode was not linked to my account. To fix go to:

 

skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated.

when i try playing a video of a series or download an episode this message pops up i was hoping anyone can help me figure it out

I've been having the same exact issue since trying to use Sky Go - code 1304 saying that Sky Go is not available.

I too have this problem.  Cannot get Sky Go on my laptop.  It works on my mobile.
