Unable to manage Sky Go devices

Hi,

 

I am no longer able to manage devices for my Sky Go account across any platform either via the app or website.

 

I keep getting the error message "This page is restricted"

 

I have changed my password also but this hasn't made any difference.

 

I need to delete old devices in order to use new ones & seem unable to resolve this issue.

You don't actually need to do this because when you register a new device it will automatically remove the oldest unused device.
