I was calling to query what was going on with my switch to another broadband supplier who offered their own Fibre connection which Sky couldn't do because of Openreach. As I hadn't heard anything about my equipment I wanted to check if everything had been processed. Lori was a great help. She understood my reason for leaving and my concerns regarding my billing. She pursued the matter and advocated for me even though she knew I was leaving Sky. The next day she fulfilled her promise to me and called me to let me know how things had moved forwards and all was to my satisfaction. She was really friendly had good banter and a credit to Sky. My experience with Lori means I will always think of Sky first if I need another broadband provider with Fibre in the future. Maybe I'll even consider Sky TV...

I had a problem with my min-box and I sent an email to sky advising of my problem on Monday 22 May.I received a phone call from sky on Tuesday 23 May from a very helpful customer service.I explained the problem and was put through to the tec dept. At the end of it all I was able to get an appointment today 25 May between 8am and 5pm.Lucky enough I was able to be here and the sky engineer rang me about 10.30 am to day he would be here in 15 mins.It turned out the connection at my Q box from the dish was loose so the engineer put 2 crimps on it and said they will not become loose again. It done the job and I didn't need my min-box changed.I must say the service I got from customer service and the engineer was excellent..

I can't speak highly enough of Martyn M within the Retetions Team. The entire experience, from the moment he answered the phone was fantastic. For the last two weeks I have struggled sorting out broadband just to some system related issues that have had to be passed to another team. Other members from sky that I spoke to were pushy and generally uninterested when I had to originally keep calling back to explain the issue and would 'pass the buck'. Jess then took ownership of this issue and although was not able to resolve it immediately did absolutely everything she could and kept me updated throughout. Jess went above and beyond and sent messages to update me, prepared everything before calling and was extremely helpful with any queiries. This was not a great experience with Sky holistically although Jess and her excellent customer service exceeded all expectations and did a great amount of service recovery. If not for the work of Jess I would have looked for an alternate broadband supplier. I'm unsure of any details besides a first name and believe she works within broadband sales. Jess deserves great recognition for her hard work, positive attitude and communication skills. Thank you

Just wanted to praise the engineer Lee who tried his hardest today to fix our Internet problem. From the moment he arrived he was polite, thoughtful and professional. I am with SKY TV since more then 10 years but recently due some advisors errors and false promises and promises made to give me a call and apologise or compensate ... they lost trust ... i lost my trust talking to any advisor because they seem caring on phone but at the back they do mistake and customer like me suffers there mistake and extra billing. But Chelsea is the staff I spoken to on 29/09/2023.. between 9.am till 10.45am.. Her customer services shall be an example for perfect customer handling. The way she handle my queries.. my issues... my past bad experience.... very Professional .. sweet.. caring... and with in time she handled my problem which I had been struggling and frustrated since August 2023.... she handled in one call and thank you to her manager as well she/he helped her.. but if services like her provided to customers will always keep us using SKY TV. We came to our property to find our satelite dish had rusted off the hinges, and was hanging on for dear life by a thread. Glen, gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived at our property he was the most polite, helpful and friendly person my partner and I could have ever wished to meet! I am a platinum member as was far from happy when my monthly Sky bill went from £125 a month to £148, then the following month was going to be £180. I rang to cancel and the chap I spoke to was about as good as a wet weekend in Cleethorpes. With cuts, got it down to £160. Was told that was it, I can arrange for your box to be collected if suits. I contacted Community Fibre in my area and was pleased with what I heard. I made one last call to Sky as my contract was ending today. I had the pleasure of speaking to a delightful young lady from Glasgow called Saniya. She did her upmost to get me sorted, trawling through various packages and spent around 40 mins assisting me. She came up trumps and I am glad to say, have continued with Sky. Something I didn't think would happen prior to the call. I'm not one for sending complaints or praises but this young lady jumped through hoops, to get me sorted. So credit where credit is due. And she is 100% credit to Sky. Many thanks. Mr. M. Cox. My mother and I spoke with Andrew in Dunfermline (from the dedicated Accessability team) on the 1st and 2nd Sept 2023. Andrew guided us through switching account details to my mother's name after my father's death. He did so clearly, thoroughly and with patience and sensitivity. He gave us a lot of his time, answered all of our questions and left us with a better understanding of what we were signed up for and what steps to take next. He made the effort to call us back directly on a Saturday when he was working and even called several times when he couldn't get through initially. His calm and methodical approach helped us to navigate and resolve a tricky issue and we are very grateful to him for that.

Ongoing issue from 10th October, I had taken to phoning in daily for an update. Then one wonderful day (29/10/24) I spoke to Gillian she took ownership of our issue and her closing statement was "don't worry Helen you don't have to call every day I will update you everyday" and Gillian was true to her word, I got a text every morning until Openreach had fixed our line. Following on from the amazing work Phil fekm cancellations helped me, he put me through to a tech advisor Joanne; who was the epitomy of support; not only did she help me resolve and explain what has been going on with the issues with my line, she took her time to explain had Happened, broke down everything that had/ NOT happened, which made me reassured what was happening with my line rather than a no it all speaking jargon! Then she was helpful and understanding when I had to support my child, finding out her name we had a huge thoughtful conversation about an event she recently went to, that I had been to many a time and we clicked with the conversation, then afterwards she supported me more with resolving another issue just to help my child. Having only been a Sky member for 12 months I have recently had an issue with them and trying to change to Sky Stream, after 6 weeks of Live Chat, failed telephone calls and utter frustration I wrote a complaint as the attitude I was getting from staff was appauling - spoke to the complaints team via Whatsapp and spoke with Martin - he went above and beyond, took his time with me, empthasied and provided an outstadning service that has meant that I will stay with Sky because of him - Martin is fantastic at his job and deserves the recognition! I had some questions about returning my Sky equipment. I spoke to Fardeen on 26/8/23 and he advised me to attach a note inside the box and ,maybe, send an email which I have also done. He asked me why I had left Sky and I told him that the Virgin package was practically half the price. However, I did say that once my contract with Virgin was up, if there were any more appealing packages with Sky I would, almost definitely, be returning! He also mentioned going onto Uswitch to see what I could come up with. He was very helpful and friendly. I mentioned that one of the features missing with Virgin was that I could only watch Friends a small part of the day but with Sky it was available much more often. I then discovered that Fardeen was also a fan of the program so we had a little discussion about that! I liked the fact that the conversation wasn't 'staged' and was much more personal. If only other customer service advisors were as nice. I would really appreciate it if Fardeen was able to see my letter. Many thanks.

We recently moved house and the Sky engineer, Laurence (removed), that did the TV install was a absolutely first rate.
Not only did he patiently go through the entire setup process with me, he even called back a few days later to check everything was still working ok after the broadband service finally got connected.

Want to thank Jez who came out to us on 02/02/2024 in Hook, Hampshire. Hayley was very understanding for the trouble I'd had regarding my 16 pro max order. She went out of her way to try and help and not even 24 hours after speaking to her I had a phone call from another man at sky (also lovely) letting me know my phone is on its way and due to be delivered tomorrow! I have an outstanding complaint with Sky following a failed/mis-sold Sky Q upgrade with many failed interactions with different agents. Then I was fortunate enough to connect with Andrew. What a breath of fresh air! Professional, articulate, technically competent and dedicated. From the first call he has taken ownership of my issue and is determined to follow through until everything is resolved. if you're looking for someone to train others in how customer service should be done, Andrew is the ideal candidate. Just had to put it out there that today we had Shaun (removed) come and upgrade all our Sky boxes. We have a pretty conviluted installation and he got his head around it and carried out a seemless upgrade and we are so happy and over the moon with his first class knowledge and work. We knew it was going to present a problem but he never stalled a true professional and actioned everything we could want.
Very impressed, very diligent and a super guy - well done that man!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Christine Hamill who helped me yesterday spending over an hour explaining very simply how I could save money but also without being at all push or salesy pointed out clearly how I could swop some phones on my contract and end up with a better phone for a similar pricepoint. I ended up swopping 2 phones and spending a little more but with more data as I required. She also looked at my TV package to see if any savings could be had which was not possible but I was so grateful for her attention.
Mostly I am happy with the service I receive and I always know it will be a long call which can be hard when I'm trying to hold down a full time job, but yesterday I was cut off twice from other members of the team and was grateful when one person just talked at me trying to sell me stuff that was way beyond my pricepoint and seemed to ignore that the whole point of my call was to save money. Christine, on the other hand, really listened to what I had to say and I brought up the fact that I'd been alerted to the possibility of swopping some devices and she explained how that worked and exactly how much it would cost me and how that would differ from what I was spending now. She was amazing. Just really trusted her to give me the right advice.

Would like to highly praise (Removed) the engineer who came to see us on Tuesday.
We are in the middle of a massive house move and he was completely unfazed by the situation. He offered solutions to all the problems which cropped up and was so efficient at suiting up in harness, replacing the dish, drilling a new hole in the wall to replace a dead cable and even had time to used to test our phone line coming from VoIP to a non fibre property.
We sincerely hope that Simon is truly valued by Sky, as after 20 years on the job he is exceptional!

I made two calls today and both members of staff were so helpful, both people made me feel like they were there to help and not push expensive products to me. I had plenty of questions for both team members but especially a lot of questions about my broadband and tv during the second call! I was given plenty of time to talk to my partner on the second call (he was dealing with grumpy baby on the first so I had to ring back later!) and we were given plenty of help in tallying up costs of different packages/combinations. It was nice to make a call and not feel pressured to make a decision without chatting about it first. Thank you both for your time and help today!

Hi, After having Contact with your Call Centre, I expected an E Mail requesting feedback, surprisingly none arrived. Which is preferred to other companies hitting you with feedback requests before you leave the site/ call. Well done Sky👍. So I feel searching for feedback methods is warranted I this case. I called the Company on 31/7/23, and after a short delay(eased by a choice of music) a young lady called Shruthi took my call. She was at your India centre, as I am hard of hearing I usually have difficulty understanding heavily accented operators, Shruthi was excellent and understanding, making my renegotiation process easy and fruitful. She listened and answered all my Qs. The revised offer was acceptable, so I'm staying with Sky. Please pass on my thanks to her, for being a spot on Agent and a credit to Sky.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Regards P H.

I had a Sky engineer visit last Friday called Gary, I was in work, so my mother was there to let him in, it turned out that we had to have a new sky dish and all new wiring, my mother rang me to tell me everything that he had done and in fact it took him a couple of hours, in not the best weather. He was polite, helpful and very courteous towards my mother, in fact she said it was a pleasure to see someone who took a pride in their work. Anyway, Sky usually send out a survey straight after an engineer has called but I havent received anything and I wanted to make sure that Gary was commended for the work that he did, he is an asset to Sky, so thank you and please thank him on behalf of myself Dawn and my mother Kay Kind regards

On Tuesday 8.10.24 I spoke to one of many advisors, due unable to connect the Mini-box & the SQ Box due to network connection, after troubleshooting and unsuccessful an engineer was booked for 17.10.24. I was very upset on hearing having to wait for 9 days , but was told other customers had to wait for upto 3 weeks which I made me question that I should be grateful for just having to wait for a short period. I was also told I could call the next few days to see if there had been a cancellation. I called for the next few days, again told to do troubleshooting , and no chance in date eventually I called on Thursday asking to speak to an advisor to make a complaint and I was told that I could not speak to anyone as there was not a dept and that I should send an email. I called again and spoke to adviser PHN21 and explained my situation and was told I was given the wrong information and she was able to raise a complaint for me ( no 3699161869) The adviser was so helpful that I cannot stress enough how she helped me she even tried to see if there had been any cancellation leading up to my appt. Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the adviser who also rang up to find out how my completion of the job had been. I gave come across many adviser in the 23 years I have been with SKY but this adviser was excellent, I think Sky should employ more adviser like PHN21 . Also the engineer who came on 17.10. 24 by the name of Ricardo was very polite abd helpful . Many thank.s
