Jordan from the technical team has gone above and beyond in helping me resolve a complaint and dealing with a broadband cease which Sky incorrectly added to my account. After being bumped around the houses and speaking to multiple people, Jordan took it on his own back to ensure the case was left with him and that he would escalate this for me. Not only was he amazing with his communication by keeping me up to date but he ensured the compensation being added was acceptable for me and that I was happy with the resolution of this. Also, as this wasn't an issue which necessarily sat with him, it furthers my gratitude that he ensured i was being listened to. I cannot thank him enough for sorting out this issue and for being so kind and helpful. He is an amazing asset to sky and his team and deserves recognition!

I wanted to say thanks to Mike in the Sky protect support team. I have a problem with my indoor camera which appeared to fail / brick / became unresponsive during a firmware update. I think it was a fairly easy problem to diagnose - but I wanted to say thanks for the speed of response and the clarity of next steps. I used the support / contact us process within the app - and sent an email. I had a personal response within 10 minutes. A quick exchange of emails and the whole matter was resolved (a replacement is on its way) within half an hour. In an era of "your query is important but we are busier than usual so it may take 7-10 working days to reply" a resolution in less than 30 minutes is really great. thanks

A very friendly helpful guy called to my place this ween, his name was Ian and he was a Sky engineer for Cork. He was bang ontime, he was actually a small bit early which really suited me. I want to say a very big thank to Sheila from Dunfermline (Removed) for her help in sorting out my problem in upgrading to SkyQ. Three days after agreeing the SkyQ contract the IT team disabled our multi screen boxes prematurely. Obviously an error on their part. Over a period of 5 days I made 4 calls and spoke to 5 people none of whom, despite their best efforts, sorted the problem out.
In fact one person cancelled my SkyQ contract without telling me.
Fortunately Sheila was the sixth person I spoke to and she immediately took control of the situation.
She was extremely professional , communicated regularly with me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.
I am very grateful to her. This became a complicated situation which was not my fault and she stuck with it to the end. I've been with Sky for 33 years and without a doubt she is the most professional person I've ever dealt with there. Please pass on my thanks to her.

Saturday night I took my 11 yo daughter to see Nothing But Thieves. I cheakily ask about taking her in to the lounge as it was her first ever gig and want to see if we could make it a bit more special. Your team was so accommodating. The guy who I believe was the team leader, whilst chatting, asked where our seats were. And from this point in our night totally changed from what was going to be a fabulous night to something really special. He allowed us to sit in the special seats beside the stage. (S4)-we were shown to our seats and then guided to the lounge. Even the guy on our door was so courteous and lovely. Other than it being a blinding night of music – as my daughter put it, she also felt confident about being there and safe. - which didn't feel before going in. Jess is autistic - And safety for her is so important to her otherwise she can feel overwhelmed. I can't thank your staff enough. Hi, I'd like to say a big thank you to Chris from the cancellation team. I called on Wednesday 20th June around 12.30 to cancelled my sky subscription as my contract is coming to an end & my bill was increasing massively, I'd also found a better deal with other providers. Chris talked me through my options, I felt no pressure to stay but the offer he found was better than any I'd found. On Tuesday 8.10.24 I spoke to one of many advisors, due unable to connect the Mini-box & the SQ Box due to network connection, after troubleshooting and unsuccessful an engineer was booked for 17.10.24. I was very upset on hearing having to wait for 9 days , but was told other customers had to wait for upto 3 weeks which I made me question that I should be grateful for just having to wait for a short period. I was also told I could call the next few days to see if there had been a cancellation. I called for the next few days, again told to do troubleshooting , and no chance in date eventually I called on Thursday asking to speak to an advisor to make a complaint and I was told that I could not speak to anyone as there was not a dept and that I should send an email. I called again and spoke to adviser PHN21 and explained my situation and was told I was given the wrong information and she was able to raise a complaint for me ( no 3699161869) The adviser was so helpful that I cannot stress enough how she helped me she even tried to see if there had been any cancellation leading up to my appt. Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the adviser who also rang up to find out how my completion of the job had been. I gave come across many adviser in the 23 years I have been with SKY but this adviser was excellent, I think Sky should employ more adviser like PHN21 . I can't speak highly enough of Martyn M within the Retetions Team. The entire experience, from the moment he answered the phone was fantastic. I spoke to staff member Callum O Connell today in relation to my elderly father, who had contacted sky experiencing hardship and wanting to cancel or reduce the cost of his TV package. He contacted Sky last week and confused by the options ended up with another 2 year contract which I felt was contrary to why he had called and had caused some distress as to how he would manage the ongoing payments. My call today was to complain and was put through to Callum. He was so polite, understanding and solved the issue quickly to our satisfaction, he gave us options that were in my Dads best interests and we ended the call satisfied that he now had the services he needs within a budget he can afford. Callum did a superb job and I would like to say thanks to him, he is an asset to the sky business. I had a problem with my min-box and I sent an email to sky advising of my problem on Monday 22 May.I received a phone call from sky on Tuesday 23 May from a very helpful customer service.I explained the problem and was put through to the tec dept. At the end of it all I was able to get an appointment today 25 May between 8am and 5pm.Lucky enough I was able to be here and the sky engineer rang me about 10.30 am to day he would be here in 15 mins.It turned out the connection at my Q box from the dish was loose so the engineer put 2 crimps on it and said they will not become loose again. It done the job and I didn't need my min-box changed.I must say the service I got from customer service and the engineer was excellent..

We came to our property to find our satelite dish had rusted off the hinges, and was hanging on for dear life by a thread. My thanks to all the Sky employees (home and abroad) I pestered about my sim failing to work. I am with SKY TV since more then 10 years but recently due some advisors errors and false promises and promises made to give me a call and apologise or compensate ... they lost trust ... i lost my trust talking to any advisor because they seem caring on phone but at the back they do mistake and customer like me suffers there mistake and extra billing. But Chelsea is the staff I spoken to on 29/09/2023.. between 9.am till 10.45am.. Her customer services shall be an example for perfect customer handling. The way she handle my queries.. my issues... my past bad experience.... very Professional .. sweet.. caring... and with in time she handled my problem which I had been struggling and frustrated since August 2023.... she handled in one call and thank you to her manager as well she/he helped her.. but if services like her provided to customers will always keep us using SKY TV. HI, I have recently upgraded to full fibre with Sky following the end of my previous contract. The internal works to my property carried out by OpenReach went ahead as planned but the installation was halted due to a blockage with the external ducting preventing the cable from being pulled through. Unfortunately OPenReach have failed to turn up 3 times when they have been booked in meaning I have had to contact Sky complaints several times. We recently moved house and the Sky engineer, Laurence (removed), that did the TV install was a absolutely first rate.
Not only did he patiently go through the entire setup process with me, he even called back a few days later to check everything was still working ok after the broadband service finally got connected.

My mother and I spoke with Andrew in Dunfermline (from the dedicated Accessability team) on the 1st and 2nd Sept 2023. Andrew guided us through switching account details to my mother's name after my father's death. He did so clearly, thoroughly and with patience and sensitivity. He gave us a lot of his time, answered all of our questions and left us with a better understanding of what we were signed up for and what steps to take next. He made the effort to call us back directly on a Saturday when he was working and even called several times when he couldn't get through initially. His calm and methodical approach helped us to navigate and resolve a tricky issue and we are very grateful to him for that.

I just want to say a massive thanks to the man that helped me sort out my broadband in my new house. I called around 13.27 and we were on the call for about 25 minutes. My ONT had no lights turns out the person before me took the power cable for it. I can't remember his name cause I'm denser than over mixed sponge. But he had what sounded like a New Zealand accent. He was so friendly and lovely and stayed on the phone with me the whole time while he was sorting it out on his end. Amazing service!

I have an outstanding complaint with Sky following a failed/mis-sold Sky Q upgrade with many failed interactions with different agents. Then I was fortunate enough to connect with Andrew. What a breath of fresh air! Professional, articulate, technically competent and dedicated. From the first call he has taken ownership of my issue and is determined to follow through until everything is resolved. if you're looking for someone to train others in how customer service should be done, Andrew is the ideal candidate. I would like to say a huge thank you to Sienna I think that's her name in Manchester. She had helped me sort my Netflix out today which has taken the best part of two hours. Rang back when she said she would and spoke to her manager. Unfortunately I got cut off our last call before I could thank her properly. She has been the only one who has gone out of her way to sort my problems out in over a week. I'm my opinion she needs to be recognised for this.

Would like to highly praise (Removed) the engineer who came to see us on Tuesday.
We are in the middle of a massive house move and he was completely unfazed by the situation. He offered solutions to all the problems which cropped up and was so efficient at suiting up in harness, replacing the dish, drilling a new hole in the wall to replace a dead cable and even had time to used to test our phone line coming from VoIP to a non fibre property.
We sincerely hope that Simon is truly valued by Sky, as after 20 years on the job he is exceptional!

Following on from the amazing work Phil fekm cancellations helped me, he put me through to a tech advisor Joanne; who was the epitomy of support; not only did she help me resolve and explain what has been going on with the issues with my line, she took her time to explain had Happened, broke down everything that had/ NOT happened, which made me reassured what was happening with my line rather than a no it all speaking jargon! Then she was helpful and understanding when I had to support my child, finding out her name we had a huge thoughtful conversation about an event she recently went to, that I had been to many a time and we clicked with the conversation, then afterwards she supported me more with resolving another issue just to help my child. Sky...! Joanne should be fully recognised for her thoughtfulness and support for what she had done that no other tech advisor apart from another helped in cancellations . Please recognise her good work...!

Would just like to say, I think his name is Horsh, he's a call handler for sky, he was terrific, he went above and beyond for us as long term customers, my dad was extremely impressed with his conduct. I phoned today after an email to say my data plans were out of contract. The lady I spoke to was brilliant and helped me find an even better deal than I had first been offered. I had a Sky engineer visit last Friday called Gary, I was in work, so my mother was there to let him in, it turned out that we had to have a new sky dish and all new wiring, my mother rang me to tell me everything that he had done and in fact it took him a couple of hours, in not the best weather. He was polite, helpful and very courteous towards my mother, in fact she said it was a pleasure to see someone who took a pride in their work. Anyway, Sky usually send out a survey straight after an engineer has called but I havent received anything and I wanted to make sure that Gary was commended for the work that he did, he is an asset to Sky, so thank you and please thank him on behalf of myself Dawn and my mother Kay Kind regards

We had a house fire in April and have been in a hotel since,when I phoned initially to inform sky they were brilliant about losing boxes and so understandine and said no charge when we get back home for new boxes,installation and reinstating servies we had because of the circumstances,I phoned on 19th September to get everything sorted for moving back in, I spoke to vera and was accidentally cut off I phoned back and got a man who told me I had to pay £150 to get everything back on,as you can imagine how upset I was as money is very tight with all the replacements we nee and we have been with sky for 18 plus years but I told him we would go elsewhere,Vera phoned me back and said she would try to sort things out with her manager,I got a survey request on the 20th and gave a bad review which I regret now but this wonderful lady vera phoned me at 12.15 on the 20th September and herself and her manager had sorted everything out,not only was there no charges but she has arranged an amzing 24 month contract for everything,she was so lovely,sympathetic and helpful and Vera ( I think her name was ) and her manager went way above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough for giving some light in an awful year and restoring my faith in human nature,Vera and your manager thankyou so very much.
