I can't speak highly enough of Martyn M within the Retetions Team. The entire experience, from the moment he answered the phone was fantastic. He was friendly, engaging and efficient, and not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. My request had been made more complicated by other team members passing me around yet Martyn remained patient and polite throughout whilst he tried to work out what had happened.
