Change data plan

I phoned today after an email to say my data plans were out of contract. 

The lady I spoke to was brilliant and helped me find an even better deal than I had first been offered. 

She was very friendly and very informative and I came off the phone very happy, which I find very rare these days when phoning a large company! Thank you!
