Sky Broadband, what’s your opinions?

Hello! I’m a current Sky Broadband customer (53 down, 16 up) and have had many intermittent problems with my small household. Dealt with sky. What’s everyone’s opinion and what’s it like in the main city’s (Am from the South West)?

Just me or is sky struggling lately.

  • I am from the South West and all around me are people struggling with poor broadband speeds from various ISPs yet my Sky Superfast has remained consistently between 70 and 80 down 20 up.
  • The trick is when you spot a problem get Sky involved and don't be fobbed off by the "its within the guaranteed minimum" stance.
  • Talk to OR and Sky engineers to get across what you are expecting as they are customers like you and have the same expectations.
  • Today I am negotiating a deal for Ultrafast Plus simply because it's available and I trust Sky to deliver it.
  • Give them a call and get yours sorted?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@seichi

Maybe Sky is saving their money to buy TalkTalk and move into the real budget marketplace from what I've read! 😎

It seems Sky doesn't do too good for price and reliability...
