Thanks. I've tried that. No joy. I have tried isolating the 5GHz band and restarting the phone and reactivating the bandwidth. No joy.
Reset the phones, tried recovery mode, factory reset, new Apple ID, replaced SIMs.
I think it's the interaction between the Sky WiFi and iPhones operating on iOS 18.1. Engineer appointment rescheduled for Thursday.

Any update on a solution please, I'm having the same problem since my Sky max router installed. iPhone and 3 network

I've not been able to get in touch with Sky yet unfortunately.
I have continued to do my own testing and diagnostics. I'm currently at my dad's who's got Sky full fibre 100. When I tried to make a call this morning having turned off mobile data for testing purposes the Wi-Fi calling worked correctly when I called his landline. However when I used his landline to call my iPhone there was no indication that I was receiving a call and yet the landline was ringing. It eventually went to voicemail. I then checked my settings and discovered that the ID Network was not "checked". I selected it and returned the network selection to automatic. Everything worked perfectly after that. I had previously been told by an Apple senior technical advisor not to select Automatic but to leave it on the nominated carriers network. Not sure about that.
It's all a bit of a lottery I'm afraid. I'm slowly but surely working through things to eliminate them but it's difficult waiting for contact from an "expert".
I do have a Sky engineer home visit is booked for Thursday. Whether or not he can make it is another matter.
As soon as I hear anything, I will post. Good luck with your issue. 🤞🏼

Update: just had a Sky engineer visit. He said it is a known issue that iPhones running on iOS 18.2 with SIM cards that use or piggyback on the 3 network cannot make WiFi calls on a Sky Max Hub. It is to do with MAP-T (Mapping of address and port using translation) which can only be removed/deactivated from the router remotely by Sky Brick Lane. I am
now waiting for it to be done - should be imminent. I will keep you posted if this actually works or not.
The Engineer said that customers with this issue (iOS 18.2, 3 network, Sky Max Hub and no WiFi calling) should report this directly to Sky and they will sort it.

@Lisa-P1987 Can you support in resolving this issue for me as well? I've spent hours on the line to sky support team going round in circles

@Lja2 See my post above. I will let you know how it goes for me. The Engineer said we (the customer) have to raise this with Sky. Good luck!

Hi, I am on the Three Network and get zero mobile network coverage where I live and have a Sky Max Hub.
In mid-December, I upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro, and the WiFi calling would not work, I pulled my hair out and eventually reverted back to my old Sky router, and it worked. Today, the problem returned, and my phone has stopped working on WiFi calling at home. Nightmare, so I've switched the routers around and still no joy. I need my phone - please help, and would someone kindly escalate this for me?

Oh, and it is worth mentioning that I've tried everything in this thread, and nothing is fixing it 😞

Yes it is definitely an issue on Sky's end, they previously fixed the issue for me I presumed this would fix the issue for everyone (obviously not).
Some people live in rural areas and rely on wifi calling so some action from Sky to sort this (permanently) for everyone would be greatly appreciated.
