WiFi Dropping in & Out

Hi, my WiFi has been dropping in and out over the last few weeks, getting progressively worse to the point II'm struggling to stream films, watch football on the red button. Can't seem to get hold of anyone & end up going round in circles on troubleshooting & virtual chat. Tried ringing and just got sent a link to all the steps I've already tried (changing WiFi channel, reboot, factory reset etc). Sound like a fault with the router but as it's intermittent it's not detecting any issues when carrying out the online tests. Anyone been in a similar scenario who can offer advice? Thanks, Gareth
