Broadband down

Internet connection not working but says it's all good on the checks

Try a reboot of your broadband hub at the mains.

Tried this already still no help as all the checks are saying my connection is ok but it's not

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

I'm having the same problem. Amber static light in the middle. Diagnostic checks say everything is fine. Sky pretty useless, phone the number and they say to go through online steps.

I'm in Bath, the internet has been down for about an hour. When I first do the broadband checker it shows an issue, click 'let's fix that' then when it does more tests it says everything is good no issues in the area and 'your devices and set up' is good - despite it also saying no devices are connected.

Seems to be back up and working now.
