Awaiting delivery
new broadband due to be installed 21/02. Still not recieved new equipment should i be worried?

No as the delivery is times to arrive a few days before the activation date.

Hubs are delivered via Royal Mail and you should be able to track the delivery once dispatched (having said that my sons Sky Max hub arrived 24 hours before it was due).
