Moving home, but need to change address for engineer

Hi there,

I've booked a home move with sky and I need to change the address for the engineer as I've made a mistake when I booked it. I've tried calling Sky to try and cancel or reschedule the engineer visit, but I keep getting sent back to the Move Home section on the website which then tell me to call Sky, which is sending me in a circle.

Sky has already cut services at my old address and I'm already in the process of moving into my new address. Can someone please escalate this for me? I just need to change my address by at least one letter, or cancel the visit so I can rebook with the right one this time.

@mknezumi  You'll need to keep trying by phone as the forum can't update your address.
