Do sky not have live chat anymore? Wanted to renew my contract but can't find live chat to sort with someone - just takes me to page to add stuff to my existing bill - it's like sky don't want existing customers to stay

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Hi, thank you for the link, I was going round in circles with Virtual Assistant & wasn't till I clicked on link you gave me I could actually start an online chat with advisor ref better deals for our contract with Sky. Pity you have to click a link trying to cancel with Sky but it's the only way to get to the ways of contact screen, I've given Sky feedback on this. It's took an over 2 & half hours online Chat to get a better deal as the Advisor went on a 30 mins break inbetween!! I used to work at a call centre & would be like me putting customer on hold for half hour instead of having my break when Customer was sorted?? way of the world I think. I haven't saved much after all that but have been advised that the new prices include their April increases but I've got to wait a few days for Manager's discounts to appear so I will be checking. They've charged me £20 Admin to sort TV & Broadband so all the adjustments better be correct. Thanks again for link.👍
