Hello,
I was told that I couldn't link my account and I would need to open another sky account with a different email. But then what do I do to find my mobile details? Given my sim is on my current account but the device isn't.

If they are on seperate accounts then I don't think they can be linked.

@caesarome @Thank you for the response. Yes, that is what I have been told, which is why I have been told to open another account with a different email, so I can see details of the device. But I don't know what to do when I have opened the account to find my device / phone
