No phone network

Hi, am only ablt to make emergency calls as a nearby phone mast is down! Almost 24hrs now, when is the service likely to be fixed? My mother is ill and I am unable to receive or makerelevant calls from health professionals. And you have the nerve to put the charges up! Disgrace.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so you, and others in the area, are relying on a third party repair.

Feel free to provide more detail like what is actually happening with the MySky app, do you see an error and if so what is it saying.
