I purchased an new phone, put my sim in and it is not showing in my account (to roll data).
Everything works as it should, able to make calls, text, whatsapp and social media so not sure what to do

The phone was not bought from Sky. It's a pay monthly SIM

If this doesn't work either then give Sky a call on 150 so they can look into what account you should be using to access your mobile account.
