Hi,
I am on a Sky SIM currently, a family member got me on board so they could transfer their rollover data to me via Piggybank. However, he is at the end of his contract and doesn't want to stay with Sky.
I want to stay on Sky and keep my number. I have ordered a replacement SIM to be sent to me at my address, I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
Will I need a PAC code to port to another provider to keep my number? I did send a message to try and recieve a PAC code but it was coming back with 'error'.
We're not sure how any of this will affect my number and account if he leaves.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe account only closes when the last SIM is cancelled.
But as you note you cannot transfer your number to another Sky account and would have to transfer out to another network and then back in again. Only the account holder can request a PAC.
