Hi there,
I am unable to activate my SIM card as the error code is not recognised online.

They're not resolving the eircode issue, but trying to move my number to sky mobile, which start to be a painfull process too.

@olivier3 I wish you the best of luck. I cancelled my contract this morning , was within the 14 day cooling off period. I'm going to go with Vodafone, costs a little more per month, but it's worth it considering the shocking customer service provided by Sky. The couldn't resolve a simple login issue and had me doing the same trouble shooting steps over and over, on different devices. They clearly had no clue what was wrong and were just following a script. If I can't login the I can't use their service, so bye bye Sky.

Even canceling a service is a frustrating experience. I can’t wait to move on from Sky—I wonder why I started with them in the first place.
