I purchased a new phone and new sim, with its corresponding number.
I have now been contacted by two (2) medical centres and one company, asking to speak to 2 different people. I initially put it down to a wrong number, but on each occasion, was read back my new number.
How do I ask for another number / sim?

All networks recycle numbers.

You'll have to call Sky on 150. If you are outside the cooling off period you may find if difficult.
