I recently upgraded a phone , but my sky app is showing two contracts for it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou could well be seeing both phones, so your new one and the one you had previously. If you have returned a phone then it should be removed but it can take sometime for this to be done.

If you didn't return your phone then you'll still be paying for it until the balance is cleared.
