I'm trying to watch season 2 of From just after finishing Season one and it says 'to watch this, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.'
As far as I know I pay for everything on Sky Glass

This is a bug that sometimes comes up, usually unplugging Glass / Puck from power for a minute and then plugging back in resolves it and you can carry on streaming.

They do this all the time unfortunately. It will be next week's episode which has yet to be broadcast.

That would explain a lot lol

This happens to me across all sky channels, not on any of the apps, since the software has gone to v19.
Sometimes turning it off and on works, other times it needs a reboot.
Totally unacceptable at this stage of Sky Glass development.
Very frustrating when you are binge watching or dropping back I to another episode days after watching the previous ones with no issues.

Agree, this is a terrible user experience - i.e. being prompted to upgrade when the root cause of the issue is actually a totally different topic!

Therefore the error message is a bug as it does not state the correct reason for being unable to watch the content!

I have full ultimate sky package - when I watch Sky Max, for example, and want to watch the next episode I can't - I just get a message that states I need to upgrade my subscription! When I check my subscription is in full! Just going round in circles!

I am getting the same problem - tried talking to the virtual assistant which was as useful as a chocolate fireguard!!

It is not uncommon for Sky programmes to show the next episode as available when in fact it has not been broadcast. I have my Glass settings to show the next episode automatically and often I get this message when it tries to play an episode before it is broadcast. The Alibi and Witness Channels are particularly prone to doing this.
Also, Sky Cinema will often advertise a programme on the EPG before it premiers. This will also give you the upgrade subscription error message.
Ideally the programme should not even show as being available but when it does the error message to upgrade your subscription is decidedly unhelpful and should just say the programme is not available to stream (or something similar).

It would be much better if the error message was a little more informative, such as This programme is not yet available to Stream (or something similar).
