You can't watch the TV without it keep going off it's getting stupid now

We are fellow customers. You will need to provide more information. You say WiFi is dropping out? Is this on all devices or just issues with your TV? You need internet connection for Glass & Stream to work.

What exactly is your issue?

Who is your ISP?

You can connect a terrestrial TV aerial to your Sky Glass TV to continue watching TV when you have no connection to the internet😉

We have sky tv and multi room with the top boardbrand package, you can't watch the Tv without interrupting and gaming is radiculous WiFi drops out on your phone constantly using 5G. Sky said there is nothing they can do to register interest on line with open reach or use less items on the internet.... no help to us when I pay sky so much money and have been with them over 20 years
