Trying to watch a movie on the dvd player and all the wires are in and right and watched mean girls on it and I wanted to watch another one and now won't work nothing showing say no input.
I wish I could take sky glass back as it's pointless. I rather give the tv back since I've had it I had problems with it sometimes the channels won't show up or the apps and sometimes won't turn on and takes about 15 mins to come on.
don't know what to do I just want them to take it. BAck off me as this is putting me In Stress

If within the first thirty days of ownership, you can cancel the contract and have the set picked up for return to Sky (which nullifies the finance arrangements)
After that period you'll need to log faults with Sky under consumer protection legislation.

Hi
how old is your dvd player ? For older devices try hdmi 3 with compatibility turned on in settings . If it is an old dvd player it maybe worth upgrading to an inexpensive new Blu-ray player (which will also play DVDs).
