Well it happened to me yesterday whilst in Benidorm. Wife texted me saying "Waiting for TV schedule"
Thankfully, I fitted Kasa smart plugs....rebooted remotely...and working again.......for how long.

One week and all still stable, oddly before the reset the min box had a habit of needing a restart. Now full resolved.
Im not 100% sure what the main fix was, but whatever Sky sent down the line probably the only thing I hadn't done before.

Like Deco76 I've had this problem at least half a dozen times in the last few months. The Sky technical team resolve it by walking me switching everything on and off and rebooting, but to me it's unsatisfactory and becoming an irritation. Is it "their" equipment??

I have this problem about once a month. Shouldn't have to reboot as often as I do, as a previous poster said, it's their equipment.

Thank for responding at least I know I'm not the only one putting up with this hassle. FYI I rebooted again yesterday!
