What channels do I watch most

Hi can anybody advise how I can check what channels I watch mainly as used to be able to do this but can't seem to find how now

I'm not aware that a Q box has such information visible to users.

Perhaps you mean the manually created Favourites list?

When setting up favourites for the first time I seem to remember it suggesting your 10 most watched channels.
