Q To Stream And Back?

I'm out of contrace tomorrow (Sat.) so will be calling to see what price they can give me.

This is what they offered earlier this week. Currently paying £46.

TV £25.75
Cinema £10.00
Netflix £10.50
HD £5.00
TOTAL £51.25

I can get the same package with Stream for the same price.

Just wondering if they would let me try Stream for a month (rolling contract) then switch back if I wanted to? (Maybe if they give me a better price by then!)

Highly unlikely @CarlW2020

Only by speaking directly to Sky can you establish that.

No, but you can order Stream to replace Q a

reject it within the cooling-off period if you choose to do so and then order Q again: note this doesn't make you a new customer though.

That sounds like a plan! Nice idea.

Remember that Sky will still expect you to return your Sky Q equipment initially, so you may get some confusion from 'the system' if you then cancel Stream

I am just another Sky customer!

Re: Q To Stream And Back?

There is the usual 14-day "cooling off period" for Stream and, according to their T&C, they give you 60 days to return equipment.

You may be right, but should be okay.
