Cancelling an order

I was having a few problems with my Q box and the very kind assistant placed an order for a new box for me. But I no longer need it because I have sorted the problem myself and would like to cancel the new box please?

You need to call Sky when the lines reopen later to cancel the replacement box being sent out however it may already be on its way.
