Lost remote, wifi not connecting properly this last week to the tv, so tv remote app won't work

Lost tv remote, wifi connection to tv has been rubbish all week- I've had to keep going into settings and reconnecting it. But as I've no remote now I can't and sky remote app won't work because tv is not connected on tv- help?

@Gemma184 if it was your main Q box remote and you have lost it in the house have you tried pressing the button where the blue Q light is it should send a signal to your remote to make it beep so you can find it as long as the remote is a voice remote
