Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you were late in paying this bill until that payment has been cleared by your bank then your phone will not be restored. You do also have to setup a payment method on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit and if you were more than 2 weeks late in paying this bill then you will also have to pay the next bill as well.
