I’ve paid my phone bill it’s still pending in my bank but I can’t make any calls

I need my phone on as I have a lot of health issues so my hospital needs to call me

As you mentioned that you have multiple health issues, I wanted to make sure that you know about our Accessibility Team who can give you extra support if needed.


Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

If you were late in paying this bill until that payment has been cleared by your bank then your phone will not be restored. You do also have to setup a payment method on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit and if you were more than 2 weeks late in paying this bill then you will also have to pay the next bill as well.
