My sim card is locked and I do not have the puk code I can not call as the phone is locked I have tryed using the 8 0 and that dose not work I only have this one phone and I can not get in touch with sky as explained above

Sorry leve the house I only have one phone and need it I can get hold of sky to get help as I can use my phone

If you've entered the PIN too many times then you'll need to contact Sky for a new SIM. If it's saying the PIN is incorrect & you haven't changed it then try 0000 (4 zeros), if problem remains then a new SIM is needed.
