My sim  card  is locked and I do not have the puk code I can not call as the phone is locked I have tryed  using the 8 0 and that dose not work I only have this one phone and I can not get in touch with sky as explained above

As seen here is eight zeros hasn't worked then you will need to find a way to contact Sky so they can send you a replacement sim card to use:

Have you entered the incorrect PIN too many times or is it that the PIN is incorrect?

If you've entered the PIN too many times then you'll need to contact Sky for a new SIM. If it's saying the PIN is incorrect & you haven't changed it then try 0000 (4 zeros), if problem remains then a new SIM is needed.
