Reinstate mobile services

Hello My mobile bill was paid this morning but I am still u able to use my services? Please can you tell me when my services will be reinatated

Usually when the payment clears into Sky's account.  As it's Friday that may be Monday now.

 

Try calling Sky on 150 - see if you can get through...

And… Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
